Agent Albert Rosenfield arrives to conduct Maddy Ferguson’s autopsy. James Hurley and Donna Hayward reaffirm their love for each other. Mrs. Treamond gives Agent Cooper a missing page from Laura Palmer's secret diary, which shows that they both shared the same dream. Now dying, the One-Armed man tells Cooper that he has all the clues he needs to solve his case. Catherine Martell tricks Ben Horne into giving her ownership of the sawmill. Leland Palmer and Donna Hayward are shocked to learn of Maddy's death. Fearing that he will be blamed for Maddy’s murder, James leaves Twin Peaks. Deputy Andy, Dick Tremayne and Lucy Moran discuss their pregnancy. Agent Cooper tricks the killer into revealing himself : Leland Palmer. But the spirit of Bob manages to flee from Leland’s dying body, and it joins Laura inside the mysterious Red Room...
